  1. Bonsai and plant material with the USA label can only be shipped within the lower 48 states.
  2. Inquiries about shipping plant material with the USA label to countries or regions other than the USA will be ignored.
  3. Bonsai and plant material with USA shipping availability can be shipped via UPS or FedEx; however, it is recommended that larger trees be picked up in person at our location in Knoxville, TN.
  4. If the contents are broken or damaged, please send photographs of the packaging and full contents to info@bjorvalabonsaistudio.com
  5. If bonsai or plant material arrives damaged or dead, an assessment will first be made by Bjorvala Bonsai Studio and an appropriate/proportionate refund will be given.

Bonsai & Plant Material (JAPAN)

  1. Bonsai and plant material with the JAPAN label can only be shipped within Japan.
  2. Inquiries about shipping plant material with the JAPAN label to countries or regions other than JAPAN will be ignored.
  3. Bonsai and plant material with Japan shipping availability can be shipped via 宅急便, and larger items can be delivered directly by Bjorvala Bonsai Studio upon request.
  4. If the contents are broken or damaged, please send photographs of the packaging and full contents to info@bjorvalabonsaistudio.com
  5. If bonsai or plant material arrives damaged or dead, an assessment will first be made by Bjorvala Bonsai Studio and an appropriate/proportionate refund will be given.

Ceramics, Suiseki, Display Stands & Scrolls

  1. These items can be shipped worldwide using EMS services from Japan.
  2. Items should arrive between 1 to 2 weeks from the time of purchase, unless otherwise indicated.
  3. When an item arrives, please photograph the package as you open it, just in case the contents have been damaged.
  4. If the contents are broken or damaged, please send photographs of the packaging and full contents to info@bjorvalabonsaistudio.com
  5. After sending the photos, please keep the mail and declare the damage to your local post office.
  6. You will be immediately refunded your full purchase amount directly from Bjorvala Bonsai Studio if items are damaged or broken, so long as you provide proof that you declared the damage to your local post office and the photos of the packaging and contents have already been received at info@bjorvalabonsaistudio.com
